The University of London was requested to provide the following information In respect of each of the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 (up to and including August 31 2022):
1. the total number of students who made a complaint (whether individually or as a member of a group which raised a complaint).
2. the total number of students who made a complaint regarding the format of the examination (whether individually or as a member of a group which raised a complaint regarding the format of the examination).
In response the University has provided the following information and adds: “The caveat to this information is that 2020 is the first year that the University delivered assessments online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.”
