    An FOI  request was submitted to the University of London concerning each of the LLB modules. The information requested was the average mark awarded and the percentage of students who were awarded a mark of 40% or more

    1. in respect of students who sat the exam at a location other than an approved examination centre (in the table below headed”online”)
    2. in respect of students who sat the examination at an approved examination centre (in the table below headed “exam centre”)

  • UOL LLB: Plagiarism Summer 2022

    In response to a request for information under the FOI Act 2000 relating to the summer 2022 LLB examinations and concerning plagiarism and other exam offences, the University of London has provided the following information:

    (a) In respect of all LLB modules combined and (b) in respect of each of the following LLB modules separately – (Criminal Law, LSM, Public Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, Property Law, Equity & Trusts, EU Law and Jurisprudence)

    (i) the percentage of examination scripts marked in respect of which formal accusations of plagiarism, collusion or other examination offence were presented and (ii) the percentage of scripts in respect of which there were findings of plagiarism, collusion or other examination offence.
