Part A of the LSM examination relates entirely to the case of The Queen (on the application of Muriel Maguire) v Her Majesty’s Senior Coroner for Blackpool and Fylde  – reported here
In order to be eligible for the marks in the exam you are required to write a case note and submit it via the VLE by 12 March (if sitting the exam in May/June 2020) or 7 September (if sitting the exam in October 2020).
As Part A carries 25% of the overall mark how well you understand and can explain the decision will have a significant bearing on how well you do in the exam.
