Compensation for employee inventors


In this lecture Peter Groves looks at situations where an employee might be compensated for the use of an invention, under PA 77 ss 40 to 43. These provisions form a self-contained code dealing with this issue, and they are entirely home-grown so the EPC has nothing to do with this part of the Act.
